Task Force on Energy, Environment and Climate Change Policy on Rural Development will hold a working meeting in Beijing during September 26-27. The meeting will discuss the Final Report to be submitted to CCICED 2009 AGM. Participants include officials from ministries and commissions of the State Council, officials and experts from relevant institutes.
